With over two decades of experience in business operations and human capital management, Matthew Shippey has been helping companies navigate every stage of workforce management—from hiring to retirement and everything in between. His expertise spans HR, benefits, compliance, and the technology that drives modern business infrastructure.
Matthew’s career began in sales and business development. He spent 10 years as a sales representative and another five as a sales manager, where he successfully built and led sales organizations in South Florida. His ability to scale teams, optimize sales processes, and drive revenue growth laid the foundation for his next chapter as an independent producer.
In the past decade, Matthew expanded his expertise to payment systems, mastering both hardware and software integrations across industries such as hospitality, nonprofit, retail, and construction. His ability to merge workforce management with financial operations has made him a sought-after expert for businesses looking to streamline operations and boost efficiency.
Before moving into sales, Matthew honed his leadership skills in the restaurant industry, managing both fine dining and high-volume operations. This hands-on experience shaped his problem-solving approach and reinforced his passion for optimizing business systems.
